I was totally underwhelmed with my stay. The suite was not even half as luxurious as advertised, just plain uncomfortable. The wifi was slow as molasses too, what year is it? I definitely deserved a complimentary welcome gift for enduring all this mediocrity-but no such luck! I almost thought of writing a good review, but just couldn't.
